Low & Slow Brisket review by Scott
I had the low and slow brisket sandwich. The brisket was very juicy with good smoke ring and just the right amount of tug to the chew. The sauce was great but didn't overwhelm the beautiful taste and smoke of the meat. Th pimento cheese and jalapeños were a pleasant addition. Then I had the waffle fries. Oh my goodness. Perfectly crsispy outside and soft on inside with the most glorious seasoning that was perfection. Salt forward but not too salty. The meal was amazing and shockingly not overpriced. We also had the smoked turkey and it too was perfect. Tender and juicy with amazing smoke flavor but not too smoky. Thanks again for the great dining experience. My only regret is that this is the only one. Please branch out to Texas!
