Literally, our favorite place to eat when we go to Disney Springs! The food never disappoints and the atmosphere is amazing. We love sitting at the table with the picture of a pig butt on the wall next to it because you can see straight into the kitchen and watch them make their amazing food. I also never leave without getting at least 4 bottles of the seasonings so that we can enjoy it at home. I wish you had more locations around the country so we can go more often.

Every time the family goes to Disney , a trip to Disney Springs with one specific destination is a must. That destination is The Polite Pig and we do not hesitate to make as many stops as humanly possible when in Florida. The amazing prepared brisket , pulled pork and ribs are a must have for any and every visit. The butcher board is the go to , like a sample platter of mouth watering goodness. Adding in any one of a plethora of Market Sides completely rounds out an amazing experience. And always add the seasonal drink from the bar if you wish , but you can't go wrong what ever you choose.

ANYTIME I'm local in Florida I make sure my trip includes a stop at Polite Pig, the Brussels are just chefs kiss. Absolutely love my fill of bbq here but the Brussel sprouts deserve a little spotlight they are so, so good.

Delicious Barbecue and the brussels & sweet potato tots are the best sides! Also had the Turkey BLT and of course that was delicious! The service and organization for table service was fantastic!

The staff is exceptionally polite and knowledgeable of items on menu. The 1st visit for my wife and I was last week 7-30-26 &2nd visit8-4-26. We found our place for date day.
